Kendra Snipes
President/CEO
As the President and CEO of Coram Deo Management Group, LLC, Kendra Snipes has dedicated her talents and skills to building CDMCG into a leading management firm of preeminent distinction. A former manager in Telecom, but current General Manager in Outsourcing, Kendra is a dynamic and innovative leader whose broad based achievements reflect the ability to be a sound business developer, critical thinker, client advocate, organizational infrastructure consultant, and problem-solver.
Kendra Snipes leads most facets of business development for CDMCG, LLC. She drives the company to develop key business relationships/partnerships with clients to provide effective business services and add value to their bottom-line. She also focuses on organizational development within the company to ensure CDMCG’s growth as a leading management firm and a vital component of the communities in which it operates.
Kendra is a native of Memphis, Tennessee and attended Arkansas State University and is a current student of Nashville State Community College.
Kendra resides in Brentwood, Tennessee, with her husband of 17 years, John R. Snipes, and enjoys spending quality time with her family (four children – Jazmyn, Jordyn, Kristyn and John II

Romel is a partner with CDMCG, LLC. A former corporate manager in logistics with Fortune 500 companies is currently the managing partner with Clipper City Barbers. Romel gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; talks and acts with customers/clients in mind and establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers to gain their trust and respect.
Romel works with the all partners and assists in business development for CDMCG, LLC. He assists in creating key business relationships/partnerships and providing effective business services. He also focuses on marshaling resources to get the best promotional opportunities within the company CDMCG, LLC.
Romel is a native of Mayfield, Kentucky and a 6 year U.S. Army Veteran that completed Barbering and Business Certification at West KY Technical College and is a current student of Nashville State Community College pursuing a degree in Business Management.
Clarissa Jones
Executive Senior Manager
As the Senior Project Manager of Coram Deo Management Group, LLC, Clarissa Jones works closely with Kendra Snipes ensuring all events, promotions and marketing projects are followed by client specifications and are delivered on time. Clarissa has over ten years of hand-on experience in project, client, and product and team management. Clarissa has a diverse background in outcome and managerial areas with expertise including product customer service, portals, online communities and information security. Skilled in budgeting, project planning, identifying technical solutions and mitigating risks, Clarissa's has a proven ability to manage in dynamic environments. Clarissa is experienced in creating and leading teams from multiple disciplines and creating vision, strategies and plans in midst of rapid growth and change. She has a proven track record in providing excellent service and in managing project planning and scheduling.
Clarissa will manage the day-to-day requests of our clients with a focus of meeting the needs of our clients and customers. One of her primary focuses is on developing and maintaining relationships with all clientele. Clarissa will analyze work flow, evaluate requests and formulate plans. Clarissa will recommend strategies and communicate the desires of clients to other members of our team to ensure understanding of the clients' challenges and goals. Clarissa is also charged with monitoring progress of event planning, booking finalizing calendars for the company.

Michelle is described as an anointed power-house psalmist and preacher of the Gospel. Michelle’s personal walk with the Lord is evident in her incredible music ministry as well as the preached word of God.
Michelle has been noted for wowing the gospel arena in the Memphis and surrounding areas. Opportunities have afforded her the opening of doors to minister with Kevin Davidson and The Voices, Kurt Carr and The Kurt Carr Singers, Nu Tradition and RiZen. Michelle has also traveled with Kelly Price, Howard Hewitt and Angie Stone as one of their background vocalists.
Michelle has recorded lead vocals on several albums for Kevin Davidson & The Voices Mississippi Blvd. Christian Church, and Kurt Carr and the Kurt Carr Singers.
Michelle's faithfulness to God and her dedication to music ministry, has recently allowed her to tour in Italy as a headliner.
Beyond the singing ministry, Michelle’s first love is the word of God. Michelle previiosly was a member of Dominion House where Apostle Kevin Davidson is the Pastor. Under his leadership, she served as the Assistant Minister of Music as well as a Praise and Worship Leader. She is currently a member of Greater Grace Community Temple Church in Nashville, TN where Breonus Mitchell is Pastor.

Eton directs all staff in identifying, developing, implementing and maintaining security processes across the organization to reduce risks and limit exposure to liability in all areas of physical, and personal risk; Eton also establishes appropriate standards and risk controls associated with client personal property and security. Eton brings six years of military experience with emphasis in National security and logistics..
